Is there a monthly fee for using vHelp?: Yes, we charge a monthly SaaS fee that depends on your transaction volume.
I'm a small business or charity — can the monthly fee be waived?: We’re open to waiving the SaaS fee for small businesses or charities. Reach out to discuss eligibility.
Do I need to pay extra if I want to use vHelp Teams?: vHelp Teams is a highly featured product so the monthly SaaS fee for it will be slightly higher than the basic vHelp product — if you're interested in using vHelp Teams, please contact us and we’ll guide you through the options.
Can I get a discount if I process a high volume of transactions?: Yes, if you're processing large volumes, get in touch, we’re happy to explore discounted transaction fee.
